Day one, receiving a sample pair of the FR pants from the manufacturer, I was surprised to feel how light weight they were, almost too light, I thought I would tear them just putting them on, I did not, I tried. The material feels cool on my skin. Ether the air passes though them or passes over them to keep them cool. The sizes are alpha, with a bit of elastic on the back sides, not cut to fit but feels good to me. Only one back pocket that is deep (lose your wallet and go fishing) and three in front two hips and one cargo on left leg. I am overall impressed with the feel, fit, and material, a bit pricey when compared to other light weight FR paints but the cost can be offset by one size could fit more than one person. Only time will tell on the toughness of the pants but I think they will hold up nicely.
